Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and MD5TO (“we,” “us”), the owner and operator of DisputeMatchPro (disputematchpro.com). By using the site, the letter generator, calculators, finders or any other tool (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You may use the Services only for your own personal, lawful use, or to help someone who has asked for your help with their own credit or debts.

2. A self-help tool, not legal advice

DisputeMatchPro provides free self-help tools and general information. We are not a law firm, and nothing on this site is legal advice. Using the Services, emailing us or reading our content does not create an attorney-client relationship or any other professional relationship.

Laws change and vary by state, and every situation is different. Our letters, calculators and articles may not fit your facts. If you have been sued, have a court date, or think a company broke the law, talk to a consumer attorney or legal aid.

3. We are not a credit repair organization

We do not sell credit repair services, and we do not promise to remove information from your credit report or improve your credit score. We do not contact credit bureaus, creditors or debt collectors for you. You decide whether to send any letter, and you send it yourself.

[CONFIRM: If you offer the optional paid “Certified mail for me” service shown in the generator mockup, these Terms need a separate section for it, reviewed by a lawyer for CROA compliance.]

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Accuracy. Everything you put in a letter must be true and complete to the best of your knowledge.
  • Reviewing your letter. Read every letter before you send it. Edit anything that is not correct for your situation.
  • Sending it. You are responsible for signing, mailing and keeping copies of your letters, and for meeting any deadlines. We suggest certified mail with return receipt so you have proof.
  • Checking addresses. Confirm the recipient’s current mailing address before you mail anything.
  • Your own decisions. Any action you take based on our content or tools is your choice.

5. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Dispute information you know is accurate by claiming it is false or not yours
  • File false identity theft claims or police or FTC reports
  • Create or use a credit privacy number (CPN), a fake identity, or any “credit sweep” or “file segregation” scheme
  • Commit fraud, mislead a creditor, lender, bureau or collector, or break any law
  • Pretend to be someone else, or create letters for another person without their permission
  • Run a paid credit repair business using our tools, or resell or copy our tools or content
  • Send spam, upload harmful code, scrape the site, overload our systems or try to get around security

Some of these acts are federal crimes. We may suspend or block access for anyone who misuses the Services.

6. No guarantee of results

We cannot guarantee that any bureau, creditor or collector will delete, correct or stop reporting anything, or respond in a certain way or by a certain time. The law requires certain steps. It does not require the removal of accurate information.

7. Third-party links, partners and ads

The Services include links to government sites, partner companies, sponsored listings and ads. We do not control those sites or their products. If you sign up with a partner, your agreement is with that company, not with us. We may earn a commission from some partners. See our Advertiser Disclosure.

8. Our content

The site design, text, letter templates, tools and logos belong to MD5TO or our licensors and are protected by law. You may print or save letters you create for your own use, and you may share links to our pages. You may not copy, sell or republish our content or tools without our written permission.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. It is part of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We try to keep our content accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or error-free, or that the Services will always be available.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, MD5TO AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, CREDIT, DATA OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, ANY LETTER YOU SEND, OR ANY THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT OR SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT BE MORE THAN THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $100. Some states do not allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless MD5TO from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees) that come from your misuse of the Services, false information you submit, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in St. Lucie County, Florida, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else. [CONFIRM: venue choice, and whether you want an arbitration clause or small-claims option; a lawyer should advise.]

14. Changes to the Services and these Terms

We may change, pause or stop any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date below. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

15. Other terms

If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right, we have not given it up. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Advertiser Disclosure, are the full agreement between you and us about the Services.
