We can help with

• Questions about how to use the letter generator, calculators and finders
• Problems with the site, such as a broken link or an email that did not arrive
• Corrections to an article (please include the page link and, if you can, an official source)
• Privacy requests, such as deleting your email or reminder record
• Partnership and advertising questions

We cannot help with

• Individual legal advice. We are not a law firm and cannot tell you what to do in your specific case, review your documents, or say whether you have a lawsuit. For that, use our attorney finder or contact legal aid.
• Contacting bureaus or collectors for you. We do not send letters, make calls or negotiate on your behalf.
• Your credit report or account details. We cannot see your credit report or your accounts. Contact the credit bureau or company directly.

Please do not send sensitive information

Do not email us your full Social Security number, full account numbers, passwords or copies of your ID. We do not need them to answer your question.
